How long does it take to receive a suit from you?
We take where between 18-22 days for delivery from the payment confirmation date.
How Accurate and precise is the Suitsforme Measurement Portal?
One of our longest development phases was the development of our measurement system. All measurement processes shown on our measurement page have been set forth by our in-house tailors and all orders so far have resulted in 100% exact fit on our customers. Once your order is submitted to us, we will manually review all measurements and our trained tailors would know exactly what to do and you would be contacted immediately in the case where something does not seem right with your measurement
What if my suit does not fit accurately?
We are confident in our measurement systems and have never encountered a problem where a suit did not fit accurately. However, In such cases where a problem might arise, we would be willing to refund a part of the purchase after we've received a receipt of alteration from you from our local tailor or you could have the suit shipped back to us and we would have it sorted out for you.
What are your Refund and Exchange Policies?
All products are tailor and custom made to your specifications, All returns would be accepted in a case where the product is either faulty or it did not fit you and we were not able to work something out with you. We would reserve a small sum of amount as a restocking fee on returned item. All returns cases would be reviewed individually .
Can i send you my style of suit design or fabrics for you to craft my suit from?
We would glad love to work with you on what you want, You could send in your designs and specifications to our Email or contact us through Phone. If you wish to send us your Fabric, we will calculate how much is needed based on your Measurement and provide you with our Address for Fabrics Shipment
What payments do you accept ?
We accept all major credit cards along with Paypal. If you wish to pay us through bank transfers, please contact us and we would facilitate you with the payment instructions.

How often do you travel and have your Roadshows?
We aim at 6 trips per year with 2 major roadshow anually. Details related to trips and roadshows would be shown on our "TRAVELLING TAILOR" page.
